Cynthia Fox

Cynthia’s fifteen years of classroom experience teaching a variety of grade levels, followed by three years of individual tutoring as Head Teacher at Sylvan Learning Center, enables her to tutor a wide range of students. In a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment, Cynthia and her students work together to discover and foster individual learning styles. Working with Cynthia increases student confidence and helps learners to widen their potential choices in the future. Cynthia believes learning should be pleasant and encourages interest by engaging students in educational games as well as formal instruction. She is rewarded by students’ successes, increased confidences, and enjoyment of tutoring sessions.
